* Testudo is a latin word meaning tortoise(in general, tortoises live on land, have high-arched shells, and lack claws or separable toes, while turtles live mostly in water, tend to have flatter shells and clawed, webbed feet). When Roman officers called out "Testudo", their soldiers would gather together and use their shields as cover around all sides, while soldiers in the middle would hold their shields up, giving cover against arrows from above. The maneuver made the unit look like a giant armored tortoise, thus the name. GENERALLY NOT REGARDED AS A VERY USEFUL SPECIAL.
** Rain of Arrows - Grants sagittarii the Dispersion ability despite Tech level and also allows the unit to strike EVERY opposing unit.
*** Resist Annihilation - a counter which prevents opponent armies from executing the annihilation sweep against your troops.
